A funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, at Cleveland Funeral Home, Watertown, with Rev. Donald Robinson officiating. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in the spring in North Watertown Cemetery. There will be no reception after the service.

WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Nicholina Horbacz, 87, of 150 Breen Ave., died Tuesday, Dec. 7 at Samaritan Medical Center.
Born Aug. 8, 1923, in Syracuse, the daughter of Louis and Juliet Valntino, she attended Syracuse Schools.
She married Bronislaw Joseph Horbacz on Jan. 4, 1946, in Maryland. He passed away March 1, 2001.
Mrs. Horbacz was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Anthony’s Church, the Italian American Club, and the Alter and Rosary Society.
She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She and her husband Joe liked cooking Italian dinners at their home.
Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Robert and Sheryl Horbacz, Watertown, John Horbacz, Pillar Point, and Wayne and Carolyn Horbacz, Ft. Myers, Fla.; a stepbrother and his wife, Samuel and Josephine Crivelli, Syracuse, N.Y.; a sister, Mary Bondilillo, Fla., eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
