A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Keyport, N.J.   

CAPE VINCENT, N.Y.  —  Dorothy G. Swartz, 93, formerly of Cape Vincent, died Thursday, Oct. 22, at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.

Born April 26, 1916, the daughter of John and Loretta Cannon Brennan.  

She was married to Francis Swartz.  Mr. Swartz died July 17, 1965.  

She was a nurse’s aide for many years working for Ivy House Nursing Home in Middletown, N.J.  

Surviving are a son, Thomas F. Swartz, Watertown; two daughters and a son-in-law, Patricia N. Hospes, Whiting, N.J., and Eileen A. and Stephen Hetzler, Cape Vincent; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
