Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, Watertown, with Father Richard Kennedy Pastor officiating.  There will be no calling hours, 

Bernadette Ida Coleman, 65, of 660 Cooper St., died Wednesday, June 30, at Mercy of Northern New York where she was a resident since December 2009.  

She was born Nov.  27, 1944, in Watertown, the daughter of Robert B. and Vivian M. Audette Coleman.  

Ms. Coleman worked at Mercy Hospital for 29 years in the dietary department and as a cashier in the cafeteria. 

In her life Bernadette was fond of traveling and went to Hawaii, the Bahamas, Montreal, Prince Edward Island and Ottawa, Canada, for the Tulip Festival.  

Bernadette was interested in music, films, arts and crafts, games, cooking and celebrating holidays. 

Surviving are four sisters, Maureen Schatz, Roberta Franks, Dorothy Coleman and Rose Coleman, all of Watertown; a brother John Coleman, Florida; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Donations may be given in her memory to the American Diabetes Association, the Kidney Association or the Jefferson County Association for the Blind.
